Warranty Coverage Overview

903 Truck Beds warrants that each truck bed, including body structure, bulkhead, and stake rack components, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used under normal operating conditions within the Continental United States.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and limitations outlined below.

Three (3) Year / 36,000 Mile Limited Structural Warranty

Our structural warranty provides coverage for a period of three (3) years or 36,000 miles (whichever occurs first). During this time, 903 Truck Beds will repair or replace any defective structural components resulting from normal use.

This includes the main body framework and core structural elements of the truck bed system.

One (1) Year Finish Warranty

We provide a one (1) year limited warranty on surface finishes, including paint and protective coatings. This warranty ensures that finishes meet industry standards at the time of application.

However, this coverage does not include:

• Normal wear and tear such as fading, chipping, or minor scratches

• Environmental damage from road salt, chemicals, tar, or pressure washing

• Natural wear in hard-to-coat areas such as joints, seams, or behind rails

Minor cosmetic changes over time are considered normal and are not classified as defects.

Warranty Registration Requirement

To activate and validate your warranty, registration must be completed by an authorized 903 Truck Beds installer or directly online through our official website.

Failure to complete warranty registration will result in the warranty being considered void.

Terms of Use and Eligibility

This warranty is valid only under normal use conditions and does not apply in cases involving:

• Improper installation or unauthorized modifications

• Accidents, misuse, overloading, or negligence

• Exposure to corrosive materials or harsh environments

• Lack of routine maintenance

• Transfer of the truck bed to a different vehicle or owner

Wearable components such as lights, hinges, and doors are not covered once normal usage wear occurs.

Repair Authorization and Claims Process

All warranty repairs must receive prior written approval from 903 Truck Beds. Unauthorized repairs will not be reimbursed.

To qualify for warranty service:

• Defective parts may need to be returned for inspection (shipping prepaid by the customer)

Transportation and associated logistics costs are the responsibility of the product owner.

Exclusions and Limitations

We are not responsible for losses related to downtime, loss of use, business interruption, or additional expenses incurred.

In special cases, and only with prior approval, repairs may be authorized at certified service locations.

No extension of warranty coverage will be granted following repairs or replacements.
